This makes me somewhat upset. I’m not calling you out though, I think it is everyone else out there that isn’t taking notice.
I drink close to four liters a week, I will start my week with around 1 and then transition on to several other groups. I think the more the better though.
I’ve been in similar situations before. It is not an easy solution as you thought it is, it is something that you’ll need to write out for yourself over a period of time.
